We are only shipping to Nigeria and the UK for now.

Standard - £4
UK Express - £5 (might not be available during busy periods)

Orders over £70 - Free

International

Nigeria Express days - £40

Nigeria Standard shipping - £20*

Orders over £1000 - Free

*For Nigeria we have established links with alternative carriers who are experts in local deliveries so you may see alternative carrier names on your tracking. Delivery times remain in line with our standard shipping.
**Please be aware that shipping times are calculated from dispatch date. UK Express with a delivery timeframe of 1-2 days, will receive priority dispatch.   

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment.

Please note we are not able to ship to PO Box addresses.

Vat & Duties

International Orders
Orders purchased will be exclusive of VAT: UK VAT will be removed from the product prices at checkout. Once your parcel arrives in its destination country, local taxes, duties and charges may be added. 

We are unable to accept any responsibility for any charges incurred and are unable to offer any assistance or advice directly in relation to this problem. We advise that you check with your local customs agent before placing an order, if you are unsure of unexpected charges.

Order fulfilment

So that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible, our warehouse is shipping orders in real time. This means that once our warehouse has begun processing your order, your tracking information will be sent through imminently. We will not be holding orders for a period of time post sale launch, therefore if your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it at this time. Should you wish to still return it, please check out our refund policy  to see if you are eligible for a return.

Carrier/customs charges will be communicated to you by your selected carrier. The speed in which this payment is made may impact your delivery. Charges will be communicated to you by your carrier and are outside of carolinehirons.com control.

Orders are sent with a tracking link and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.
